World of Diving is a boutique dive travel company founded in 2000. Other than attending dive travel shows, we don’t really advertise. We want our new clients to be referrals from our existing clients. It’s as simple as that.
Our three dive travel consultants (Will, Susan & Ryan) average 20+ years of diving experience. We put this experience to good use when booking your dive vacation.

Growing up in Southern California, I always had a love for the ocean. Books about marine life littered my room as a child while a large painting of dolphins hung on my wall. At age 15, my dad and I got scuba certified together and explored the lush kelp beds of the Channel Islands. After college I embarked on my first international trip to Australia and dived a few spots including the Great Barrier Reef. In 2003 I became a travel agent specializing in the South Pacific and in 2009 I joined the team at World of Diving. My dive travels include Fiji, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Philippines, Palau, Yap, Galapagos, Costa Rica, Mexico, South Africa and the Caribbean. The underwater world has always fascinated me and I consider myself lucky to be able to share my love for the ocean with my clients.
In 1998 my now husband and I were planning our honeymoon and decided to get scuba certified for the trip. We ended up going to Cozumel upon a travel agent’s recommendation and loved it. At the time, I was between careers and on our honeymoon a light bulb went off in my head, “I should do this for a living.” That is what led me to become a travel agent specializing in scuba travel. I have always loved the most remote places in the world and exotic cultures, but ultimately just love traveling and learning about new places/people, no matter how far away. I have had the good fortune to travel to over 35 countries. I love the diversity of reefs, marine life, unusual stuff as well as the big stuff. I also love underwater video and I sometimes lead groups to places high on my list. My recommendations for clients are driven by their interests and I always try to make sure they are in the right place at the right time of year. There is nothing better than a happy customer!
Diving Experience: Indonesia (6 regions including my favorite: Raja Ampat), Papua New Guinea (diving 4 regions + highlands culture), French Polynesia ( 6 islands), Fiji ( 6 regions), Palau/Micronesia/Marshall Islands (6 islands), Solomon Islands, Philippines, Malaysia, Vanuatu, Cocos & Costa Rica, Galapagos & Ecuador, Red Sea, Maldives, Socorro, Cozumel, Bonaire, Curacao, Dominica, Belize, Honduras, Bahamas & more. I have visited many destinations multiple times.
In 1996, I was lucky enough to get certified in Palau. For the next several years I booked clients on nothing but Palau, Yap and Truk trips which made things easy. World of Diving eventually expanded into more destinations to meet our clients’ needs. I bought World of Diving in 2003 and have been fortunate to dive and visit Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Belize, Bonaire, Caymans, Cozumel, Curacao, Dominica, Honduras, LaPaz, Saba, St. Lucia, Tobago, Turks & Caicos and more. Entering my 24th year of dive travel, I can honestly say that I have never had a dull day. The friendships I’ve developed over the years are what mean the most to me.
